The Vermont senator and presidential candidate recently stopped off in Bentonville, Arkansas to attend the annual meeting of Walmart shareholders. During the meeting, Sanders introduced a proposal that would make it possible for Walmart workers to become board members.

“Walmart can strike a blow against corporate greed and a grotesque level of income and wealth inequality that exists in our country,” Sanders said in introducing the proposal.

Bartlett took to Twitter to criticize Sanders’ views on Walmart.
